Tonight (Thursday the 9th) Andy, Jim and Larry will gather together at 53 Charles St in NYC for the first time in 2014 - music starts 'round about 9.

Tonight (Tuesday the 7th) counteract the cold with Andy Statman and Jim Whitney - 9 PM at 53 Charles Street (the entire trio performs on Thursday, same time and place).  Herman will no doubt pour some warming antidotes to the Polar Vortex.

No show tonight at Charles Street.  Andy and Jim will be back next Tuesday, the trio on Thursday (weather permitting).

Anniversary Week at Charles Street

December 11th 1999 was the date of the first Andy Statman concert at the Charles Street Synagogue.  We'll bookend the 14th anniversary of our residency with performances on Tuesday the 10th and Thursday the 13th, both at 9 - the trio on Tuesday and (at least!) two of us on Thursday.

Congratulations Grammy Nominee Tim O'Brien!

On Friday, our good friend Tim O'Brien (featured, along with Michael Cleveland, on our new album "Superstring Theory") was nominated (with Darrell Scott) for a 2014 Grammy in the category of "Best American Roots Song".  We wish them a heartfelt traditional American roots-y Mazel Tov!
